These terms form a legal agreement between you and Boltons Tech Ltd, a company based in the United Kingdom, which operates Tremis.
Boltons Tech Ltd is registered in England and Wales with company number 16985638. Its registered office address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you use Tremis on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
You retain ownership of your data. By using Tremis, you grant Boltons Tech Ltd permission to process your data to provide the service. Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
Tremis uses third-party providers to operate the service (for example: hosting, analytics, email delivery, payments, AI providers, and market data APIs). These providers operate independently and are subject to their own terms and policies. Boltons Tech Ltd is not responsible for outages, errors, or changes originating from third-party services.
Tremis is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. This disclaimer does not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other consumer protection legislation. Nothing in these terms affects or limits those statutory rights.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boltons Tech Ltd, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the service, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights, except to the extent a claim arises from our negligence or wilful misconduct.
If you are a UK consumer purchasing a paid digital subscription, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Where required, we will present the necessary information and choices at checkout, including any request to begin providing the service immediately.
Boltons Tech Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including third-party service outages or upstream data provider failures.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms and revise the last updated date. Continued use of Tremis after changes means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Boltons Tech Ltd regarding your use of Tremis.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. Boltons Tech Ltd may assign these terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets.
